Excellent service and work from start to finish! We first called East TN Heat & Air the day before the huge snowstorm in January when our heat went out and they came right over. They got our heat back on before the storm came in, and they even called to check on us during the storm. This month, we called them back to install a new HVAC and new duct system, plus they added two vents to our bathrooms and cleaned up our intake vent. They finished all the work in a day and left the site looking tidy and way better than they found it. They were easy to work with and very communicative both before the install and after. We’d recommend to anyone who needs their help!
